In this course, you will be shown all aspects of waxing. This course will give you a full and recognised VTCT qualification to perform waxing depilation.
The course will cover:

• Contra indications and contra actions


• Relevant Anatomy & Physiology


• Preparation of treatment area, trolley and client


• Equipment and product knowledge


• Benefits of treatments


• Practical tuition to perform warm and hot waxing


• Practical tuition to wax the legs, underarm, bikini area, facial area, eyebrows


• Aftercare Advice

Entry Requirements
No previous knowledge or experience required
Returning for assessment to complete 1x half leg, 1x full leg, 2x bikini (1 hot wax, 1 warm wax), 2x under arm (1x hot wax, 1x warm wax), 2x eyebrows, 2x facial area

Attire
Salon uniform or plain dark trousers and suitable plain top.
Please be aware all nail extension/gels/tips need to be removed before the course as nails need to be short.

Theory, demonstrations, practical experience.
All models will be provided for practical assessments

VTCT Registration (This is a lifetime membership and will cost you £20 unless you already have it)

Course Dates

On request courses can be booked at short notice 4-6 weeks. 2 days are required 09.30-17.00, 4 weeks apart then you will return 4 week after to do your exam.
